“The only thing you need to worry about is Mum.” She smiled as his eyes widened.
“No no, I can’t face the wrath of Jackie Tyler, not yet, anything but that, Rose! What have I done? Tell me what I can do to make it right.”
“Relax.” She reached a hand out and ran it through his hair. “I just meant that we have to tell my parents I’m not ageing anymore.”
His expression softened. “She’s gonna kill me. I’ll regenerate and then she’ll kill me again.” Rose failed to stifle her laughter. “I’m serious! You have no idea how angry she’s gonna be, she’ll start yelling that her little girl isn’t even human anymore and she’ll blame me! I’m actually going to die, of all the ways to go it had to be at the hand of Jackie Tyler!”[x]

“Honestly, what’s with that?”
“Doctor.”
“It’s got to be a fashion thing, right? But why so many?”

The Doctor repeatedly pressed the buttons on his controller in frustration, looking away from the screen to the neck of the guitar. “Why isn’t it…? It’s not… I said blue!” He looked back up at the television, growling slightly as he vigorously moved the bar to strum the notes. “That’s it! Who sabotaged this? I swear this thing, this guitar, controller, whatever you want to call it, is broken.”
Rose laughed, concentrating on her own notes in the game. “You’re just bitter because you’re rubbish.”
“I am not rubbish.”
“Yeah you are, you’re on easy on bass and you’re still barely hitting them.”

The first year they’d all been together in the parallel universe Pete hadn’t made a fuss about Father’s Day; it had barely occurred to him that that Sunday was different to any other. For years that day had meant nothing more to him than a painful reminder of what he was missing; he usually spent Father’s Day imagining what Rose looked like, trying to picture her growing up in an effort to remind himself what he was fighting for, the family he was sure he had somewhere. Jackie and Rose had only been there three weeks when Father’s Day came around;
I know I haven’t been on here in AGES but I’d really like to ask a massive favour of any Whovians out there.
I’m sure some of you must have some Doctor Who action figures, and if you do then I could really use your help.
As part of my coursework at Uni I’m currently working on a bird’s eye view (top down view) game, and being a Doctor Who fan I want to make it Doctor Who themed, I’m planning on having it along the lines of you are Ten or Rose and you have to avoid a whole bunch of Cybermen to get to the other at the end of a long track, save them and bring them back to the TARDIS. It’s coming along quite well but my problem is that I need images (or sprites) to represent these characters. Top down images are hard to find and I don’t have the figures to do this myself (else obviously I would).
So basically I was wondering if anyone with figures of Ten, Rose or a Cyberman would possibly do me a massive favour and take me a few photos of them from a top down view in the positions below. I would really appreciate it and I do hope to be able to let people have a go with a game so you would get to see the finished result. Just message me or reply to this or get in touch with me some way if you’d like to help. Thank you.
